Thanks to our new website, finding our products is easier than ever! Simply click on the "Where to Buy" tab in the navigation bar to access a list of retailers that carry OurPet's products. Please remember that not all retailers carry all products. If you'd like to know for certain if a particular product is sold by a particular retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

   

How much do they cost?  

Once you find the product you are looking for on our website, click on the "Where to Buy" button next to the product description. This will take you to our "Where-to-Buy" page, where you will find a list of retailers that carry OurPet's products. Click the name of any of those retailers to connect directly to their websites. If you don't find the OurPet's product you're looking for on a particular retailer's website, that doesn't mean they don't carry it. Simply call the retailer or stop by to find out for certain.

Can I buy products from your website? 

Yes and no.  OurPet's does not sell directly to the public, but as you're looking through the products on our website, you'll notice that some products have a "Buy Now" button near the item number. This button indicates that the product is available for sale online at either Dogtoys.com or Cattoys.com. Simply click the "Buy Now" button for a direct link to the secure site where you can purchase the OurPet's product(s) of your choice online.  

How do you use the watering feature on the Store-N-Feed? 

This is one of OurPet's best selling feeders! The watering feature on the Store-N-Feed makes this elevated feeder quite unique. First, you must remove the stainless steel bowl from the water side of feeder. Simply fill the water up to the level at which the threaded hole begins (about halfway up the side). Next, take a full 2 liter bottle (or a bottle with the same size threaded opening),  and slowly turn it upside down while screwing the bottle into the the feeder's threaded hole. (Note: remember to remove the plastic ring from the bottle before screwing it into place.) Air will equalizes the water level and stabilize it so that your pet will now have continuous water replenishment!
